When I decided to homeschool my son and daughter, I was excited but knew nothing about homeschooling. Of course, I knew it was teaching my kids at home, but I didn't know the legal guidelines and expectations. The temptation to feel overwhelmed was definitely there. There is ALOT to learn. So, I just started at the beginning with prayer, and everything came together seamlessly. I was led step by step.

I discovered that my desire to homeschool made start-up easy. I didn't know any other families that homeschooled so I Googled every question I had, joined Facebook groups, and learned what my state's guidelines were. Found a good curriculum and I was ready to start. It is now eight years later and we are going strong.

Now, going through your day-to-day teaching is a different story. It doesn't have to be overwhelming, it has to be organized. Yes, homeschooling gives you a lot of flexibility, but you still have to maintain guidelines, schedules, and lessons. That's why staying organized is so important.

There are situations where your first choice isn't homeschooling but your situation throws you into it, It still doesn't have to be overwhelming. You will need a support system. Pray. Connect with other homeschooling families. You can do it. Homeschooling is so rewarding and beneficial, and I applaud every family that decides to embark on this journey.

I have been homeschooling successfully for eight years and have enjoyed every minute of it, even on challenging days. My sessions on homeschooling will set you up to be a successful homeschool mom. I will intricately take you step by step through starting, implementing, and maintaining everything you learn. and not just for the homeschool part but your mindset as well. It is going to take a sound mindset to be successful. I will get you started with a free discovery call and then proceed from there.
